INCOM 1000

A very strong water paint based thermoplastic resin called PPS, with excellent processing and flame resistance. Used for exterior cookware coatings requiring a high level of heat resistance. Coating paints are environmentally-friendly liquids, developed according to VOC control. The following product groups have been secured according to each set of properties.

INCOM 2000

Series 2000 solvent based coating liquids were developed for the interior and exterior coating of cookware. It is of a single-coating but it is still superior in non-adhesiveness.

INCOM 3000

Series 3000 is used exclusively for spin coating. Pure PTFE is used, providing a high level of physical characteristics in every way, including heat, chemical, adhesion, and corrosion resistance. Used mainly for products with chemically treated surfaces. There is no pyrolysis factor, maximizing adhesion resistance and durability.

INCOM 4000

Series 4000 is mainly used in primer for PFA powder coating. It comprises highly corrosion-resistant fluoro-resin and various heat resistant binder resins. It is optimized for die cast products, because It needs low curing- temperature

INCOM 5000

Series 5000 is the highest-level. It is our premium paint line with extremely strong coating membranes, and superior anti-abrasion qualities. It is applied to various products requiring a high level of durability and anti-abrasion, which includes kitchenware, and medical products. The thermoplastic resin used in this paint has superior mechanical properties. It is used for single or double coatings with advanced adhesion and corrosion resistance.

INCOM 6000

Series 6000 is the company's most popular line with excellent adhesion and corrosion resistance, and price competitiveness. Test results that are higher than equivalent competitors’ products regarding adhesion resistance and non-viscosity.

INCOM 7000

Series 7000 is water based or powder type coating material made of thermoplastic resin PFA. Used mainly as a top coating for PTFE, FEP, and PFA PRIMER and as an amorphous resin material. It has superior corrosion and adhesion resistance and offers a nice exterior appearance.

INCOM 8000

Series 8000 comprises high heat-resistant silicon resin products. Developed for cooking utensil exteriors and industrial goods, it has with excellent non-slip properties

INCOM 9000

Series 9000 is a pad printing ink with superior heat resistance and adhesion. It features water lines for spray-coated products, paints for various print designs, and immersion inks that merge the ink with water line engravings on the product. Will not discolor even at temperatures as high as 330℃. Pure white color can be maintained after curing. Superior visibility quality.
